swisher should be bid on like other free agents. .5M / yr is the minimum and claiming him off waivers would make it .3m per year. cheers

I Released Nick Swisher 1B/CLE 2015: 0.5M, 2016: 0.5M CO, penalty of .2M for (2015, 2016) on 5-21-2015 and
want to take the 2016 penalty in 2015, my transaction log will show this being taken. Sorry for the delay I didn't realize I could take penalty now.
