there is no salary for 2018 because its CO year which is voided when dropped

Let's hold on a minute here I need to check with other admins but I believe contract years can't be added only the salary. When you claim you are taking on the rest of the guaranteed contract which is only 1 year. I'll get back to you all asap

Okay everyone bidding can take place on Doolittle however only the Salary can be increased not the years because in waivers you are agreeing to take over the current contract so starting over Padres has first bid of 1YR/ 1.5M
