Releasing Yoon, Suk-min (R) SP,P - BAL, basically a minor league player that never played in the Majors. Since he was released by Baltimore he left the United States to play baseball in South Korea as he signed a 3 year contract there. He has retired from MLB baseball an he is 28 years old, so no penalty for dropping the player based on the following rule. Retirees/ career ending injuries- owners will not be responsible for these players contracts anymore, how ever if the player is 35 or over you are responsible for the full length even if he retires. This is to prevent owners from bidding 5 years just to win a player and get away free with him retiring.
