Looks to me that Royals looking to move a contract that saves him cap in the long run.

For a top 50 dynasty player that is a very reasonable contract. I'd like to hear from Royals as to why he would want to make this trade.

We are going down a Slippery slope here if we start vetoing trades. I see no evidence of Collusion. Let’s not be stupid!

because I am in a rebuild and getting rid of salary and got what I deem a fair return in a controllable arm and bat that could yield a good return. This is a money league and I don't like throwing $20 away knowing I'm not going to win but it is also a dynasty league with a cap and having Ozuna on my team at the salary I have doesn't make sense. I can buy 2-3 players with the money I am paying him...
On a side note I only had two offers for him and one had me paying his salary...

For the record, the fact that someone can protest a trade and not be exposed to those involved seems ridiculous, the fact that I have to defend a trade and the party responsible for the veto doesn't have to say anything or state why they don't think the trade should go through is ridiculous as well.

I don't disagree with Visor here. I think if there's a protest the burden of proof shouldn't have to sit only with the trade participants, whoever initiates the protest should also have to provide reasoning for protest.
In regards to this trade, I personally think it's weighted to the Ozuna side of the deal but I don't think it's so one-sided that it would require a protest. Actually pretty surprised to see this being protested.

Not bad enough to warrant this imo. Sure, it's a good amount unbalanced on talent and 2021 expectations, but factoring in money owed, age expectations, and 6 years cost control on Javier who looks like at least a solid #3 and it feels close enough.
