Steve that contract is illegal. The most you can do is 20% of average annual salary (12M).
For example 23:12M 24: 10M 25: 8M 26:12M CO

No, 14M (40% more than 10M) is to high the max in any year is 12M (20% more than 10M). That second contract works.
