We already ran him through a bidding thread. Reds won him.

Ok, here are the rules.... Kang was waived on the July 17th at 10:30 PM, Steve (Rays) and I (Cubs) put in a claim. Hmmm, July 17 to July 18 isn't 7 days so why do we have rules?4. All teams have an opportunity to claim the listed player off of the waivers within a 7 day period. If a person claims a waived major league player off of the waiver wire, the person making the claim is agreeing to pay 60% of that players existing contract. 5. If another team also wishes to claim this player, a bidding war will begin, starting with the 60% of the existing contract as the first bid. After this initial bid, free agency bidding rules apply (.1M minimum bid increments and a 24 hour standing bid to win). 6. If a player is not claimed by any team then he is placed in free agency and his old contract will no longer be used.
